My participation in the program has changed the way I think about my current practices as a school leader and how they impact the students of Puerto Rico. With my participation, I have been able to appreciate how by training myself on new educational alternatives that have been effective in other academic settings, I have been able to significantly impact the students. This is evidenced through the implementation of the project-based learning, on the rounds of observations, and the positive response of the students.
